"Seraphim's breath" is the common name of a plant and neurotoxin Sister Amy and Landry used on the children of the cult in episode 3 of season two, Scion.

Seraphim are biblical angels that make up the top rung of the Christian angelic hierarchy. It is unknown whether "Seraphim's breath" is the official name of the plant, or just a nickname that Sister Amy has given to it. 

It's likely that this drug is modeled after the real life drug Scopolamine, or Devil's Breath.
